CAKE DESIGN COURSES
- BASICS TO FONDANT: This 2-day workshop is perfect for the beginner decorator. Learn how to prep your cake, work with fondant, and decorate with simple fondant techniques! Perfect class for Mom and Teen or the decorator that wants to know more about fondant!

- BASICS: PIPING WITH BUTTERCREAM -Learn how to properly ice a cake, basic piping techniques with icing, and how to make roses and flowers. Perfect for Spring!

- ROYAL ICING FLOWERS - Learn how to make beautiful royal icing roses, daffodils, pansies, violets, and more! Another perfect class for Spring time!

- PALOMAR COLLEGE CAKE DESIGN 1 - This session is full. You may take Basics for prerequisite to Cake Design 2. A Summer session will be added.

REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICIES
ALL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM CLASSES, YOU MUST BE HANDS ON AND SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY THE INSTRUCTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE. NO MAKE UP CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED. YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER FOR ANY MISSED COURSES. PAY PAL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED LESS A $10 FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR NO SHOWS ONCE THE CLASS HAS STARTED. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND 48 HOURS PRIOR TO A CLASS, YOU MAY REQUEST THAT MONIES BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE CLASS.
Class space is limited. Checks and credit cards will not be accepted by instructors for supplies - cash only. No exchanges nor refunds on supplies. Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of class. In order to be fair to our instructors, No class refunds will be given 48 hours prior, day of, and after the start of classes.
Please remember these are adult courses (unless otherwise specified), so please do not bring your children to adult classes. No video taping at all. Photos with permission.
