Hands On Workshops:
The above hands-on workshops are specifically tailored to the age group of Girl Scouts. All workshops include: Prep/instruction/cleanup; 90 minutes after school most days; minimum is 8 - maximum 14 girl scouts. All supplies and tools to use are included! Some workshops are more age appropriate than others. Leaders determine which badge they will work toward, as we customize to help the Scouts meet badge requirements. GIRL SCOUT WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY AND CLASSROOM POLICY: payment at time of reservation confirms your date. No refunds will be given two weeks prior to the party date - no exceptions. Guest count is mandatory 1 week in advance of date. Should there be a guest that does not show, you may substitute another person in their place. You will not be given credit nor a refund for a no show guest. Only paid guests and 2 hosts may be in the room. (Please do not bring babies or toddlers. Disruptive behavior, horseplay, and / or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, and the host will be asked to have the guest picked up.) Please also note, party coordinators are contracted for a maximum 2 hour time period. If your party goes over, you will be charged for the extra time by Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio. After 2 hours, the fee is $25/half hour. The adult host(s) are responsible for their guests, not the party coordinator. We no longer allow food to be brought into the studio. You may bring bottles of water or juice boxes, no open cups of liquid (all of this is due to spills and messes with the final projects). Please respect our policy and procedures, and guidelines given by the coordinator. Photographs and video taping is encouraged!
