Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio is the perfect spot to have a birthday party, corporate team building workshop, holiday party, girl's night out, bridal shower (bachelorette party), baby shower, and any other occasion! Choose from one of the following, or create your own!
 2-D / 3-D Cupcake Decorating Party: Guests will decorate cupcakes using fondant, cutters, simple modeling basics while creating cute and uniquely themed cupcakes. Guests will bring home what they create. Party is 2 hours; includes prep, instruction, clean up, one party coordinator, tools to use, 6 cupcakes, box, fondant. This party is recommended for ages 6 years through Adult.
 Fondant Fun Cake Decorating Party: Each guest will apply fondant to an iced cake and decorate with fondant using popular techniques! Applique accenting and 2-D/3-D creations will make their creation pop! It is like a mini fondant cake decorating class! Party is 2 hours includes prep, instruction, clean up, one party coordinator, tools to use, iced cake, box, fondant. Guests will go home with a fondant covered and fondant decorated cake. This party is recommended for ages 11 years through Adult. (Custom fit party to Ages 8yrs - 11yrs, where cakes are already covered with fondant and guests learn to decorate!) Cake decorating with icing is also available, however the fondant cake decorating is the most popular!  Cookie Decorating Party: Each guest will decorate cookies with icing using fondant and piping techniques! Guests will use tips, piping bags, and icing to create cute designed cookies! Party is 2 hours includes prep, instruction, clean up, one party coordinator, tools to use, 6 cookies, box, icings. This party is recommended for ages 6 years through Adult.
 Team Building / Corporate Workshop: This workshop is tailored to your needs as a group. Usually we will begin with a basic cake decorating class with icing and piping; however, since the latest and greatest is fondant, you may choose to learn to create a fondant covered cake with fondant applique and designs. Whichever you choose, make sure you set aside at least 2 hours for this workshop! You will go home with life skills and a great cake! Or, divide your guests into two teams! Teams will work on one cake in a timed fashion, then will be judged on their result! Lots of fun and bonding! These parties are also great for: Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Girls Night Out, Bachelorette Party, or Theme Party.

Parties at Ro Z's are fun and educational, and really almost equivalent to taking a decorating class. We, at Ro Z's, are passionate about teaching and educating!
PARTY POLICY: payment at time of reservation confirms your party date. No refunds will be given two weeks prior to the party date - no exceptions. Guest count is mandatory 1 week in advance of party. Should there be a guest that does not show, you may substitute another person in their place. You will not be given credit nor a refund for a no show guest. Only paid guests and 2 hosts may be in the room. (Please do not bring babies or toddlers. Disruptive behavior, horseplay, and / or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, and the host will be asked to have the guest picked up.) Please also note, party coordinators are contracted for a maximum 2 hour time period. If your party goes over, you will be charged for the extra time by Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio. After 2 hours, the fee is $25/half hour. The party host(s) are responsible for their guests, not the party coordinator. We no longer allow food to be brought into the studio. You may bring bottles of water or juice boxes, no open cups of liquid (all of this is due to spills and messes with the final Birthday projects and gifts). Please respect our policy and procedures, and guidelines given during the party by the coordinator. Photography is encouraged!

Q&A: - May we open presents? Yes! Although, sometimes, it will cut into your decorating time, and then the guests will want to play with the gifts!
- Do you sing? Not very well, however I conduct your guests! : )
- May we create a craft party instead? Most definitely yes! (We offer bead work parties, like necklaces and bracelets, mod podge canvas works and faux cupcakes, and more!)
- What days/times are available? Usually parties are popular afterschool on Fridays, so we save Friday afternoons for parties. Most Saturdays are booked with classes, however you may phone to ask. We are closed on Sundays, and do not offer parties on Sundays.
- Do you travel to other places or homes to give parties? Of course we do! Just let us know when and where!
- Do you have parties for 6 year olds and under? Yes, in your home for sure! I no longer have parties for the younger set in Studio.
- Are we allowed to bring lunch or dinner? No, unfortunately due to past incidences involving spills and messes that ruined birthday presents and the birthday project. We no longer allow pizza or entree items or open containers of beverages (cups of water, etc.). We do allow you to bring in snacks, like Goldfish crackers or cut fruit or cut vegetables (no dip please), and bottles of water, juice boxes or soda cans. Please see our policy above.
