PRIVATE INSTRUCTION POLICY

 

Please read our full policy before committing to private instruction. Much time and effort goes into creating your specialized curriculum. Hours of prep work in advance as well as significant time spent cleaning/sanitizing tools and supplies before and after. By paying in advance will confirm your date/time, and you acknowledge the following policy:

Payment:

* Payment in advance confirms your date/time, AND begins the creation of your individualized curriculum. 

* Payments may be made via Venmo (ro-zinniger) or PayPal (email to info@rozsweetartstudio.com)

 

REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY:

Policies: Rescheduling or cancellation up to one week prior to the instruction will be refunded less a 25% fee for consumables. Cancellations made less than one week will be refunded less a 50% fee. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the instruction will not be refunded.

Rescheduling must be done via email and confirmed by Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio.

Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio does everything possible to accommodate, however we cannot refund for last minute cancellations.

If for any reason, Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you immediately with options and offer rescheduling or a full refund. 

 
 

GROUP CLASS / PARTY Policy

 
 

Please read our full policy before committing to private instruction. Much time and effort goes into creating your specialized group class or party. By paying the retainer fee or fully payment to confirm your date/time, you acknowledge the following policy:

Payment:

* A retainer fee confirms your date/time, AND begins the creation of your group class or party. 

* Final balance is due one month prior the event date/time. If you are booking under that time limit, then full payment is due at that time.

* Payments may be made via Venmo (ro-zinniger) or PayPal (email to info@rozsweetartstudio.com)

Cancellations:  Cancellations must be made via email. There are no refunds for cancellations. 

* Rescheduling due to Covid: If you or anyone in your party contracts the Covid virus prior to the group class or party, you may reschedule for a future date. We require that you contact us as soon as possible. 

Parties of 8 to 12 are the perfect number, and our quoting is based on this number. We can teach up to 15 guests, although 12 maximum is best. Since we order supplies and consumables for parties, we ask for a 2 to 3 week lead time. Payment is in advance for the full amount.

ALLERGIES:

Due to consumables and ingredients purchased by Bakery Supplier Distributors, we cannot guarantee cross contamination of nuts, dairy, or other allergens. If anyone in the group is allergic to any ingredients, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate. We will also ask the person that is allergic to sign a waiver, ensuring they will not consume any of the products presented. If it is a child under 18 that has a severe allergy (Epi-Pen) then we will require the parent stay with the child. Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio is not trained medically, and will not accept the liability of any actions by the person (or persons related to the allergic person) with the severe allergy.

CDC MANDATED POLICIES FOR GROUP CLASSES AND PARTIES:

This policy is ever changing. Please inquire directly with us for the updated policy.

We at Ro Z's Sweet Art Studio care about our patrons and clients. In order to keep our students safe, we will enforce the CDC mandated mask policy for your group class or party. As a precaution, we appreciate you wearing a mask, and will provide a mask for you to use. If for any reason, you are not able to wear a mask, please notify the group/party participants in advance.  In addition, we will provide gloves for use as well. We do not require proof of vaccination.

**** Please note: Waivers will be emailed in advance and must be signed by your guests. They will be collected the day of the event. 

CALIFORNIA LAW PROHIBITS ANY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT FROM DISCRIMINATING, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRICE CHARGED FOR SERVICES OF SIMILAR OR LIKE KIND AGAINST A PERSON BECAUSE OF A PERSONS GENDER. A COMPLETE LIST OF PRICING IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

MILITARY PERSONNEL: We support our military. If you are present duty military or retired military, please provide proof for a discount on our services. Thank you for your service to our Country.
