Cake Decorating - Lambeth Technique
The trendy vintage piping called Lambeth has returned! Student will learn piping techniques that include foundational techniques and over-piping techniques to create a fancy piped cake. Students ages 14 - adult are accepted. This is a 3-hour lesson and everything is provided. There are 3 options: private lesson for 1, semi-private for 2 to 4, and group lesson 5 to 8. Prices vary. More techniques are taught in private and semi-private lessons.
