So you want to start (or already started) a home baking business? This class will cover planing for a Cottage Food Operations / Retail Bakery operations and logistics (permits, licensing, registrations), marketing, contracts, pricing, and tips to the road to success. Please bring your notebook/pen or pencil to take notes. Please be prepared for question/answer session about your business or potential business. Please be on time, silence cell phones, and only the registered/paid student is able to take the class (no children, please). Ages 16 plus are invited to register for this class. Information provided is based on experience and present day business operations. Space is limited. We encourage masks at this facility. Dates: October 24th, Monday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm More TBA Class location: D'liteful Chocolat 1030 La Bonita Dr. #200/210 San Marcos, CA 92078 Please note: We are only accepting 12 students per class. Please register early to secure your spot. We are following state guidelines to help keep our staff and students safe. Masks are optional while at individual stations and required for group work where they will be in closer proximity. There are multiple hand washing stations and students will be reminded to wash their hands between activities. Please wear comfortably/appropriate attire (apron) and close-toed shoes. Classes are prepared with supplies, therefore any class being cancelled 48 hours or less will not receive a full refund. You will be refunded less $50. There are no options for rescheduling at this time - - unless it is for a private in-home lesson.
